CATERING POLICIES

Bon Appétit Catering office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Your catering order is not booked or confirmed until either indicated on Catertrax or via email from management. All catering orders must be placed no later than 3 days prior to the event. This notice enables us to adequately order, staff and plan for your event. Late orders may result in a late charge at the discretion of Bon Appetit Management Company.


Changes/Guarantees

All changes to menu selections, guest counts and event arrangements must be confirmed no later than one to two business days prior to the event, depending on request. Any event which is cancelled after this time may result in the client being charged, at the discretion of Bon Appetit Management Company. This only applies to any specific, non-refundable purchases that were made for your event.

Signage

Bon Appetit will do our best to provide a menu, with group/meeting name, and product identifiers. Please request any specific signage with the catering manager.

Dessert Requests

For any custom desserts, like specific cakes or specific bakeries, please allow at least three business days when placing order.

China Usage

Bon Appetit is an environmentally conscious company, for all standard events we strive to use sustainably disposable plates, cutlery, and cups. 

China, non-disposable dishware, linen napkins, silverware, and glassware are available for most catered events by request. A rental fee will be charged for groups over 40. Charges vary.

Linen

Table linens are included for all Bon Appetit food and beverage tables, only if applicable. Please request any additional linen.

Staffing

Most orders include a caterer for setup, clean-up, bartending. If staffing is required after 4pm or on weekends, client will be billed for each hour of each staff member required at a rate of $32 an hour.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are applied to orders delivered off-campus. Exceptions being deliveries to the Employee Store or to Yeon Office. Subject to change. Fees depend on gas and drive time required.

Non-Village and Off-Site Events

If you are interested in Bon Appétit as a caterer for an off-site and/or non-village sponsored event, please contact our Catering Manager at 503-308-0136. In addition, all non-village clients will be assessed a 25% service charge. External clients, with events on-campus or nearby adidas affiliated locations, cannot bring in their own food or beverage. Bon Appetit reserves the first right of refusal. If you want to use a third-party restaurant or service, please contact the Catering Manager to discuss options. We are happy to accommodate and plan for you.

Payment

Bon Appétit must have a confirmed method of payment prior to the event. A cost center/budget code for adidas funds is sufficient for adidas employees. Non-adidas clients must provide a credit card no later than three days prior to the event.

Menu Pricing 

Our menu prices are based on current market conditions. We reserve the right to make changes when necessary. Prices do not include temporary labor or additional rental items. if you are working with a tight budget, communicate your needs to the catering manager, we are always happy to help.


Bon Appetit reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to menus if ingredients are unavailable. Major items, such as proteins will be disclosed to clients. Please let us know of any major allergies when placing your order.

Alcoholic Beverages

Bon Appetit can provide wine and beer along with an OLCC licensed bartender for your events. Guests are not permitted to provide their own beverages. Bon Appetit is happy to order any particular beverages with enough notice. Certain food requirements may apply, per OLCC law.

Minimum Orders

There is a 6 person minimum for most food selections unless otherwise stated.

We can do individually boxed meals for any number of guests.

Discuss any abnormal needs with the catering manager, we are happy to assist.

Tables, Equipment & Room Set-Up

Bon Appétit Catering does not book spaces. Contact muriel.tzantarmas@externals.adidas.com to get a space for your event. If your event requires special seating or room set-up, like using a dining room for large groups, please pre-arrange for your needs by contacting the catering manager via email or at 503.308.0136. If you require any specific reserved signs, request from the catering manager.
